As Financial Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the event, including reconciling transactions, paying vendors, and issuing charity and tax receipts. You will also work closely with the committee to ensure that all financial aspects of the event are handled efficiently and effectively.

Ironman Outdoor Curling presented by Nirvana Waterworks is a volunteer-run organization that has been hosting an outdoor curling bonspiel in Winnipeg for over 20 years. Our event is the largest of its kind in Canada, attracting teams from across the country. We are committed to providing a fun and inclusive environment for participants and spectators alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the accounting for the annual bonspiel, including working with bank accounts, paying vendors, and issuing charity and tax receipts.
  • Reconcile transactions over PayPal, website, and cash from donors.
  • Work closely with the committee to ensure that all financial aspects of the event are handled efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
