We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at Watson Clinic. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Performing and analyzing complex scientific tests on blood and bodily fluids.
- Utilizing sophisticated procedures and instrumentation to perform testing.
- Collaborating with physicians on patient data.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate in Science degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related science.
- Successful completion of an approved formal training program in Medical Technology.
- Active State of Florida license as a Medical Technician.
- Registry with ASCP, AMT, or AAB is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a clinical laboratory setting involving the analysis of blood, tissue, and body fluids utilizing automated equipment and specialized instrumentation while performing numerous complicated tests simultaneously and accurately interpreting the results.
