IT Development Manager

At Accoravillage, we're seeking a seasoned IT Development Manager to lead our technical strategy and team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing our backend service and DevOps technical strategy, advancing our technical roadmap, and managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical strategies for backend services and DevOps.
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Lead and manage a development team, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and facilitate technical solutioning sessions.
- Manage the software development lifecycle for multiple services and applications, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and rigorous quality control.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in developing Microsoft technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in managing a development team.
- Proven experience in technical project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of web frameworks/technologies (AJAX, RESTful services, JSON).
- Knowledge of HTML / HTML5 / CSS and responsive web design.
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies for Web App, Web APIs.
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar position.
- A post-secondary degree in a related field.
