About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager, IT to join our team at Equiton. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative solutions to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that all solutions are well-documented and easily maintainable.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Microsoft technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, web frameworks/technologies, and cloud technologies.
