Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Pinnacle International Hotels & Resort Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, taking care to ensure all guests are accounted for.
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, providing clear and concise information to guests.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, providing excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
