Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lunch Hour Supervisor to join our team at the Waterloo Catholic District School Board. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lunch hour programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate lunch hour activities for students
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students during lunch hours
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive student behavior and engagement
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to support student learning and development
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with children and youth an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and move quickly in response to student needs
