Job Summary
This exciting opportunity is for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) to join our team at Dogwood Lodge in Vancouver, BC. As a RN/RPN in Long Term Care, you will provide resident care to predominantly older residents in a Long Term Care setting, working independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
You will use sound judgment and critical thinking skills to develop care plans and implement care in relation to resident and family priorities. You will also act as a resource for the interdisciplinary team by providing information and coordination of ongoing resident care.

- Demonstrate expertise and leadership in nursing practice and coordinate the implementation of clinical interventions and evaluation of resident outcomes based on resident goals of care.
- Maintain and advance your own clinical competence.
Qualifications
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Completion of an approved gerontology course or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Salary
The salary range for this position is CAD $41.42/Hr. - CAD $55.91/Hr.
