Account Executive, New Business Role Overview

Thinkific is a software platform that empowers creators to build and sell online courses, communities, and memberships. We're seeking an experienced Account Executive, New Business to join our team and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales process from lead to close, with a focus on acquiring new customers and maximizing revenue.
  • Work with prospects to understand their goals and showcase the value of Thinkific's platform in meeting their needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing business development role, with a proven track record of quota attainment.
  • Experience in running full sales cycles, including closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
