Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Exterior Painter and Decorator Specialist to join our team at Conserve It Renovations Inc. As an essential member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality exterior paint finishes on various locations.

About You
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in painting and decorating, with a strong background in working at heights and preparing surfaces for paint application.
  • You possess excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to distinguish between colors.
  • You are willing to travel to different work sites and can estimate costs and materials accurately.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish.
  2. Repair cracks and holes to prevent further damage and ensure a smooth finish.
  3. Mix paint to the desired color and texture according to the project specifications.
  4. Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces efficiently and safely.
  5. Evaluate costs and materials needed for each project and provide accurate estimates.
