NAIT seeks an exceptional Learning and Development Specialist to join our Organizational Development Services team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing impactful employee-centric learning and development systems, programs, and initiatives that align with NAIT's strategic goals.

The successful candidate will be a trusted subject matter expert, reporting directly to the Director of HR Operations (Workday Transformation HR Lead). Your primary focus will be on elevating the employee learning experience through functional solutions, filling gaps in current Workday functionality, and delivering tailored training programs for the Workday Transformation HR Delivery team.

This opportunity requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build partnerships, and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to develop efficient and effective training programs that support the successful implementation of HR and Finance functionality within Workday.

To succeed in this position, you will possess a related undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in developing and administering organizational learning systems, programs, and initiatives is essential.
