The Corporate Learning Development Professional plays a critical role in supporting the organization in achieving its strategic goals through the development and administration of impactful employee-centric learning systems, programs, and initiatives.

This position requires a trusted subject matter expert who will lead the development and implementation of functional solutions to elevate the employee learning experience.

The ideal candidate will have a related undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience, with experience in developing and administering organizational learning systems, programs, and initiatives.

A strong asset would be experience in Workday Learning utilization and/or implementation, as well as experience in Brightspace utilization.

The estimated salary for this position is $79,795.82 - $105,715.48 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
