We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data and Process Optimization Expert to join our team. As a key member of our U.S. Tax Operations sector, you will play a critical role in advancing our practices and processes while improving the quality of data and processing in the sector.

As a Senior Data and Process Optimization Expert, you will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities to optimize processes and boost efficiency, developing office automation solutions to simplify existing processes, and designing and improving work tools to standardize operational tasks. You will also implement quality control processes to manage risks while complying with business rules and meeting compliance requirements.

You will work closely with IT teams to integrate solutions and adapt them to regulatory changes and ideas for improvements involving operational platforms for tax slips. Additionally, you will help transform and advance IT and operational practices, encourage their adoption, and contribute to a culture of simplification and enhanced digital skills among team members.

Your expertise will also be invaluable in collecting and analyzing data and statistics to produce reports with periodic performance indicators that aid in making informed decisions. You will create presentations for information sessions and participate in user testing and activities related to production and reconciling discrepancies.

In this dynamic and expert-driven team, you will report to the Senior Manager and collaborate with a group of ten colleagues. We value collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, and we strive to create a barrier-free workplace accessible to all employees.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience, along with 5 years of relevant experience. They must also have advanced Excel and Access skills, as well as proficiency in Office Suite and collaboration tools like Power BI, Visio, Confluence, and JIRA.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
