Airport Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Supervisor to join our team at Airport Traveller's Inn. As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our airport services, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to support daily operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Urban area work setting.
- Flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, and team player.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
