Job Title: Server - Silvertip Resort

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Silvertip Resort in Canmore, Alberta. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional culinary experiences to our guests and residents, while embodying our company values of Caring, Integrity, Excellence, Team Spirit, and Financial Responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Learn and execute our menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Communicate effectively with the Food and Beverage production team to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Upsell premium options and specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Address guest complaints and issues promptly, escalating to supervisors or managers as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality is an asset.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada full-time.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds.
