Job Title: Retail Store Manager

At Pet Valu, we're passionate about providing families with the best food and supplies for their pets. As a Store Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping Pet Parents find the right solutions for their pets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive store environment
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet sales and customer service targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, ordering, and store maintenance
  • Coordinate with corporate to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Reliable transportation to and from the store
  • Working knowledge of POS systems
