Job Title: Retail Store Manager

At Pet Valu, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, ordering, and store maintenance
  • Coach and develop employees to improve sales techniques and customer service skills
  • Ensure all store standards and procedures are met, including customer service, sales, and inventory management
  • Coordinate store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years retail management experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team to success
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
