About the Role

  • Assist with all aspects of the district's student program, including full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Support the recruitment process for salaried employees, including resume review, interview coordination, and reference checks.
  • Track and report on internal training metrics.
  • Assist with virtual and in-class training setup.
  • Support district HRPD initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion, and health and wellness.
  • Support monthly metrics and reporting processes related to career management and vacation planning.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
  • Strict confidentiality with all information.
  • Independent and resourceful with excellent verbal, written, and grammatical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple aggressive deadlines.
