Lead Kitchen Supervisor at Fatburger

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Fatburger. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food products, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
About the Role:- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
- Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of supervisory experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
