We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Analyst to join our Enterprise Support team at BC Transit. As an Application Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support for business-critical applications and systems, including software development lifecycles, patching, debugging, and feature enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for business-critical applications and systems
  • Carry out software development lifecycles, patching, debugging, and feature enhancement
  • Establish and maintain regular contact and communication with business application owners and end users
  • Support and implement solutions using Power App platforms
  • Utilize a ticketing system to log issues, incidents, and requests
  • Create and update knowledge base articles, end user documentation, and technical guidelines
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Oracle Discoverer, Crystal Reports, JD Edwards Report Writer, and Hubble
Requirements
  • Experience working with enterprise HR, Payroll, Finance, or other business-critical applications
  • Experience supporting business-critical applications using Cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Amazon Web Services
  • Experience supporting and implementing O365, M365, and Dynamic 365
  • Experience developing and supporting SQL reports
  • Demonstrated experience and discretion in the management of confidential employee and corporate information and systems
  • Experience with supporting and implementing solutions using Power App platforms
  • Experience utilizing a ticketing system to log issues, incidents, and requests
  • Experience creating and updating knowledge base articles, end user documentation, and technical guidelines
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Oracle Discoverer, Crystal Reports, JD Edwards Report Writer, and Hubble
