Job Summary
This position involves working closely with the Branch Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintain a safe work environment, and deliver exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading by example and promoting a positive work culture;
- Implementing and maintaining environmental and Health & Safety policies;
- Participating in regular Health & Safety inspections;
- Overseeing daily operations, including staffing, sales, and production targets;
- Supporting colleagues through daily tasks and operational initiatives;
- Collaborating with internal teams to implement business processes;
- Conducting quarterly performance evaluations with the Branch Manager's guidance;
- Handling various administrative duties, such as cash deposits, payroll, and schedules;
- Supporting the Branch Manager in staff recruitment, onboarding, and integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in the French language;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles;
- At least 1 year of experience in team management with demonstrated leadership;
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others;
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences;
- Analytical thinker;
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks effectively;
- Strong stress management skills;
- Resourceful and meticulous;
- Car enthusiast (an asset).
