Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dover Convenience. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, and initiative.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 30-40 hours per week.
- English Language: English is the primary language of communication.
