Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dover Convenience. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, manage cash, and prepare sales reports.
- Store Maintenance: Organize and maintain inventory, ensure store appearance, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, and dependable.
30 to 40 hours per week, permanent position, English language, and flexible schedule.
