Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dover Convenience. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
- Establish and manage work schedules for store staff
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store employees
- Manage cash handling and maintain a secure store environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in retail or a related field is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
