As a valued member of our team at Western Coast Insurance Services, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their goals by providing expert insurance solutions. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals, building lasting relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email
  • Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
  • Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business

Requirements:

  • General Level 1 Insurance License
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
  • Working experience in EPIC an asset
