We're seeking a highly motivated Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Ltd. in Sexsmith, AB.


This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded individual to grow their insurance industry knowledge and experience while promoting and educating clients on insurance products.


As an Insurance Advisor, you will take ownership of client relationships, help us grow our presence and profile in the local community, and deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  1. Laser-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  2. Building authentic client relationships comes naturally
  3. Master time manager, with the ability to prioritize your workload and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
  4. Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
  5. 6 months+ of industry experience

  1. Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
  2. Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate, identifying their needs and providing recommendations
  3. Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
