Insurance Advisor Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Ltd. in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, building strong relationships, and contributing to the growth of our presence in the local community.

What We're Looking For

  • A laser-focused individual with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent client relationship-building skills
  • Strong time management and confidentiality skills
  • An Insurance Broker Level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote client retention
  • Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate
  • Assist clients with their insurance needs using basic knowledge of underwriting principles
  • Continuously seek opportunities for growth and career development
