About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Rajnish Kaur Lidder. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring the client's home is safe and healthy.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
