We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KATI THAI KITCHEN. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality control, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff alike.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer leaves our restaurant satisfied.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for management to make informed decisions.
  • Food Order Summaries: Prepare detailed summaries of food orders for our chef, ensuring that every dish is prepared to perfection.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our culinary genres and be able to maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Tray Assembly: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that every dish is presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules for staff, ensuring that our restaurant is always fully staffed and ready to meet customer demands.

Requirements

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of quality.

  • Team Player: A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that every customer leaves our restaurant satisfied.
