Anesthesiologist Opportunity at Vancouver Coastal Health

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team at Vancouver General Hospital and UBC Hospital. As a member of our Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Care, you will be part of a dynamic team providing anesthesia care in a quaternary care setting. Our department is involved in all aspects of adult anesthesia sub-specialty care, including perioperative medicine, intraoperative anesthesia care, critical care, and pain management. We are a core academic site of the Department of Anesthesiology, Pharmacology and Therapeutics at the University of British Columbia, and are actively involved in Quality Improvement, Research, and Education. The position would initially be a locum position with potential for a staff position after 9-12 months. To be eligible, you must have eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia and with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, completed applicable sub-specialty fellowship training, and current clinical expertise in a tertiary healthcare setting.
