Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring effective customer service and communication between patients, families, and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coordinate service schedules while considering relevant factors
  • Inform workers of new assignments and changes to their schedules
  • Enter relevant information into the automated information system/database
  • Produce schedules and reports on a regular basis
  • Receive and manage inbound telephone calls and email inquiries related to service
  • Perform other administrative duties
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education is preferred
  • One (1) year of job-related experience in administrative or customer service is required
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems and databases

Estimated Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum based on location and experience.
