  • Food and Service Quality
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of excellence in every aspect of our operations.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our team is always on track to meet customer needs.
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, managing our inventory and ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our financial resources are allocated effectively.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations and informing our decision-making.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
    • Work Environment
      • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
      • Physically demanding work, requiring the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
    • Personal Suitability
      • Client focus, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
