About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.

Work Environment:

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will work under pressure and be physically demanding. However, you will have the opportunity to work with a team and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent oral communication and team player skills.
