Job Title: Travel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Seasons Travel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our travel services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Perform Same Duties as Workers Supervised: Demonstrate expertise in travel operations and perform tasks such as booking travel arrangements, processing payments, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on travel operations, including metrics on customer satisfaction, travel volumes, and revenue.
  • Resolve Work Problems, Provide Technical Advice, and Recommend Measures to Improve Productivity and Product Quality: Analyze and resolve operational issues, provide technical guidance to team members, and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients with special needs, such as travel arrangements for individuals with disabilities.
  • Co-ordinate, Assign, and Review Work: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, review their work, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality results.
  • Hire and Train Staff in Job Duties, Safety Procedures, and Company Policies: Recruit, train, and develop team members in travel operations, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Procure necessary materials and supplies to support travel operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Travel agency
