About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Coordinator to join our team at Goldwood. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and Minute-Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures and Scheduling: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule appointments, and confirm them as necessary.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to electronic enquiries, and greet visitors, directing them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and order office supplies as required.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $45,000-$55,000 CAD, depending on experience.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role
