About the Role

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for modeling outstanding customer service, driving sales performance and operations, and coaching team members to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach team members to do the same.
  • Drive the Warehouse One Perks customer loyalty program to secure repeat customers.
  • Create and foster a positive work environment where all team members strive to meet and exceed store performance goals.
  • Manage store operations, including assigning tasks, performing opening and closing duties, and scheduling.
  • E nsure the store looks great for customers by participating in housekeeping and visual displays.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $65,000 per year.
  • Casual dress code every day.
  • M monthly and quarterly bonus potential of up to $2,200 per annum based on store sales performance.
  • Flexible full-time hours of 32-40 hours per week.
  • Paid sick and personal days annually.

Requirements
  • Experience as a retail leader with a proven track record of motivating and coaching others to success.
  • Sales driven and customer service focused with an eye for fashion.
  • Energetic and able to respond to fast-paced retail environment.
  • Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move boxes of merchandise (up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store.
  • Flexible availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
