Job Summary

The Optical Team Lead is a key role within the EssilorLuxottica Group, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving store success. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Ensure customers receive exceptional service, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
    • Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, and assist sales associates.
  • Store Operations
    • Manage key optical and lab processes, ensuring exceptional results.
    • Assist in the achievement of store success, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure success.
    • Collaborate with other leaders to drive business results and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Strong optical and retail experience, with a focus on customer service and leadership.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
    • Leadership and training experience, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
