Retail Operations Manager

At Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing, we're passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Retail Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our retail operations run smoothly, providing our guests with the best possible service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Train and develop our retail team members, providing coaching and feedback to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering stock as needed to ensure we have the right products in stock.
- Implement retail operation policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with our sales team to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer service.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
