Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing. As a key member of our retail department, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service staff, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and ensuring efficient restocking processes.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail or sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Valid driver's license required.
