Roofing Operations Manager

At Flynn Canada Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our roofing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role. You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, including roofers, apprentices, and labourers, and will be required to read blueprints and drawings, estimate costs and materials, and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for recruiting and hiring workers, training and developing your team, and coordinating and scheduling activities. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent oral and written skills, and will be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
