Roofing Supervisor

Flynn Canada Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofing Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Estimate costs and materials for roofing projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Recruit, train, and develop roofing crew members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- 5+ years of experience in roofing or a related field.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to project sites.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and quality.
