Roofing Supervisor

Flynn Canada Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofing Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of roofers, apprentices, and labourers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in roofing or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
- Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to read blueprints and drawings.
