We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Planner to join our team at Aliaxis. As a Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the production build plans are optimized to achieve and exceed organization objectives for service to customers and inventory health.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed supply/capacity plans in the mid to long-term horizon for assigned product categories, identifying potential supply issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve supply objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain detailed supply/capacity plans to achieve customer service and inventory health objectives.
- Identify and communicate potential supply issues impacting the business, conducting 'what-if' analysis for supply scenarios.
- Participate in projects/innovations/M&A and new products capacity planning.
- Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Production Scheduling.
- Provide instruction to colleagues for inventory deployment and balancing of inventory between locations.
- Maintain planning master data and address non-productive inventory in alignment with Inventory Quality Ratio objectives.
- Drive timely, appropriate actions to minimize the impact of deviations from the Supply Plan.
- Escalate in a timely manner and use good judgment to intervene as needed to achieve KPIs for fill rates and inventory.
- University degree with a specialty in Supply Chain, Computers, Data Analytics, or Engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant supply planning experience, preferably within an industrial manufacturing or CPG environment.
- Strong analytical ability, good judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer focus, with the drive for results.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ability to interpret large amounts of data.
- Experience with data visualization and analysis using Power BI desirable.
