ROLE SUMMARY

We're seeking a skilled Guest Environment Expert who can deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel. As a key member of our team, you'll be empowered to move about your space and take ownership of your work, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing a clean and comfortable environment
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel rooms, public spaces, and other areas
• Stock carts and ensure that all necessary supplies are available
• Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• No prior work experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
