Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
- Inspect rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced hotel environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
