Job Title: Material Control Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Control Coordinator to join our team at M.L. Catania Company Limited.

Job Summary:

The Material Control Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and preparing and submitting reports. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of the organization.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Keep track of shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Work Environment:

The Material Control Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
