Job Title: Material Control Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Control Coordinator to join our team at MP Tarp Repair. As a Material Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for compiling orders and instructions received from customers, developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, and overseeing operational logistics of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Compile orders and instructions received from customers
* Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks
* Organize tasks to accomplish the work
* Oversee operational logistics of the organization
* Revise type and quantity of materials required sent for production, construction, and other projects
* Track and complete work orders
* Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
* Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
* Prepare and submit reports
* Provide customer service

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience

Work Environment:

* 40 hours per week
* Work Language: English
