As a sales and business development professional at Colliers International, you'll have the opportunity to work with top-tier clients in the Greater Toronto Market, leveraging your expertise to facilitate business growth and expansion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You possess strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving capabilities, allowing you to identify new opportunities and solutions for clients.
  • With excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills, you'll be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • You have experience with B2B sales and a proven ability to continually expand the business base through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, as well as a real estate license (or close to completion).

Bonus skills and experience include experience in the Commercial real estate sector or a related industry, savvy technology skills (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM experience a plus), and high-volume cold calls.
