Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Alarm Response: Respond to alarms and service calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the security and integrity of our clients' properties.
  • Guard Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards to ensure that our clients' properties are secure and well-maintained.
  • Scheduling: Assist with scheduling and coordinating the activities of security guards to ensure that our clients' properties are secure and well-maintained.
  • Client Liaison: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and respond to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of security vehicles to ensure that our clients' properties are secure and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Valid G Class License: Must possess a valid G Class license with a minimum driving experience of 3 years.
  • Drivers Abstract: Must provide a drivers abstract with no more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last three years.
  • Ontario Security Licence: Must possess a valid Ontario Security Licence.
  • Previous Security Experience: Previous security experience is an asset.
  • Post Secondary Education: Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college is preferred.
  • Working Knowledge: Must have a working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act.
  • Communication Skills: Must have superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Must demonstrate punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy.
  • Education: Must have a High School Diploma/GED.
  • First Aid and CPR: Must have First Aid and CPR Level C certification.
  • Immunization Record: Must have an up-to-date immunization record.
  • Paladin Mobile Patrol Training: Must have completed the Paladin Mobile Patrol Training Program (LMS Courses).
