Job Summary:

The Guest Services Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and registering guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Verifying and detailing daily arrivals, confirming reservations, and following up with various booking channels
  • Tracking arrivals, departures, in-house guests, and daily activities, and following up accordingly
  • Providing assistance with guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, including restocking supplies as needed

Your Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and in-house guests
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies and procedures, and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues

Your Profile:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (an asset)
  • Bilingualism (an asset)
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of PMS Opera (an asset)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment
