Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Plan and prepare menus for our restaurant, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen management role.
  • Language: English.
